Introducing Dizzee & Rascal
I’m Sonya the Home Stylist and I live in the beautiful county of Suffolk with my partner Darren, and our two Beagles; Dizzee and Rascal.
Having studied Textiles at Bolton Institute I’ve always had a passion for interiors and art. After graduating from college, I was fortunate to find myself working for one of the leading sports brands of that time, and my career has followed working predominantly in the sports industry with brands such as Reebok, New Balance and Asics.
My international travel experience and living in The Netherlands for five years has allowed me to explore an eclectic mix of interior styling, which I’ve been able to incorporate into both my own home and those of my clients.
When I’m not working on projects for my clients there’s nothing, I love more than getting out for a lovely long walk with the dogs; especially escaping to the coast and exploring our beautiful country of Suffolk and neighbouring Norfolk.

What can you expect from me?
I plan to share regular updates on projects I’m working on, which also includes the progress of our own bathroom extension. The plan is to start the build this summer and is possibly the biggest project I’ve tackled to date!
I will also be sharing interior trends, inspiration on colour themes and styling tips as well as seasonal gift guides to support small and local businesses.
